Kamela (Kami) Stilwell joined East Portland Pediatric Clinic in 2000 after previously practicing pediatrics for two years in Yakima. Raised in Aberdeen, WA, Dr. Stilwell then graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma. She then traversed the country to receive her medical degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Coming back to the Northwest, Dr. Stilwell completed her pediatric residency (with an additional year as chief resident) at Oregon Health & Science University.
Dr. Stilwell works three days a week at East Portland Pediatrics, while she and her husband Ed raise three girls. She developed a special interest in spina bifida, after their youngest daughter was born with this challenge. The Stilwell family enjoys church activities, playing music, water and snow skiing, biking, hiking, gardening, and reading.
