Our office is located on the lower level of the West Pavillion, the office building closest to the hospital. During the day you may enter through the front doors and take the West Elevators down to the Lower Level, or by taking either of the two staircases from the parking lot on the side of the building.
At night or on weekends, follow the sidewalk between our building and the hospital, and enter through the connecting breezeway. You will enter our building on Level 1 and will need to take the elevator to the Lower Level.
From I-84 Take the I-205 south exit (Salem). Stay in the right lane and watch for the immediate Glisan/Stark exit. Take the exit. Follow the green road signs directing toward Mall 205. This will take you across Glisan and Stark, left onto Washington, and right onto 99th (the blue "H" signs will also help direct you). Stay on 99th past Mall 205 and turn left onto Main Street by the Max Station. Our building is on the right just past 100th.
From I-205 Southbound Take the Glisan/Stark exit. Follow the green Mall 205 and blue "H" signs directing you across Glisan and Stark, left onto Washington, and right onto 99th. Stay on 99th past Mall 205 and turn left onto Main Street by the Max Station. Our building is on the right just past 100th.
From I-205 Northbound Take the Stark/Washington exit and turn right onto Washington, then right onto 99th at the next light. Stay on 99th past Mall 205 and turn left onto Main Street by the Max Station. Our building is on the right just past 100th.
From Division Turn north onto 96th Avenue. Turn right onto Main Street by the Max Station. Our building is on the right just past 100th.
By Bus and/or Light Rail The hospital campus is served directly by Tri-Met buses #15 and #27, which connect with the Gateway Transit Center. The Max Green Line is just a block away on Main Street. For more information, view Tri-Met online or call Tri-Met at 503-238-RIDE (7433).
